I’ve been playing piano for over 15 years and teaching since I was in high school, and I currently work with over 40 students on a weekly basis. I studied jazz in undergrad at the University of Central Florida and later earned a master’s in film and game composition at the Film Scoring Academy of Europe. I also have a Youtube channel with over 10,000 subscribers where I harmonize people's speech.

In our lessons we will focus a lot on one of the main aspects of being a pianist: harmony. Whether you want to be a classical pianist, jazz pianist, composer, church player, or accompanist, having a solid understanding of harmony will help get you there. Many pianists can play very complicated classical music through sheer memorization, but having an understanding of harmony and chord progressions can help make learning complex songs easier.
