My background as a classically trained pianist has strongly influenced my teaching style, particularly my emphasis on rhythm and technique as the foundation for long-term success. In addition to my piano background, my experience teaching in marching band settings has helped me learn how to explain concepts in multiple ways and adapt to different learning styles.
