Hi, I’m Luna Horncastle, your future favorite piano teacher!

Based on Long Island and in NYC, I bring over 8 years of experience teaching piano, voice, and guitar, as well as classroom teaching with NYC public schools (3K–5th grade general music). Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been playing for years, I create lessons that are tailored, supportive, and dynamic.

My teaching style is holistic and student-centered. I meet you exactly where you are and help you grow at your own pace. I also have experience using music in therapeutic and adaptive settings, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for students of all abilities. Want to play your favorite songs? Outside of teaching, I’m a working producer, artist, DJ, and live audio engineer, so you’re learning from someone actively in the music world, not just teaching it.
