Hello! My name is Raymond Liu and I'm currently a sophomore college student getting a degree in music. I'm a proficient piano player learning for the past 10 years, hoping to be a composer. Some of my favorite composers are Chopin, Debussy, Ravel, Shostakovich, and Stravinsky. I specialize in classical piano performance and am looking forward to teaching anyone interested in piano.

I've also been more open into learning more about what it's like to be a teacher, as well as branch out into other areas such as jazz, choral music, and maybe even video game music for fun. I want to ensure that students who come for lessons need to be respectful in lessons, as well as the patience to learn thoroughly. I also want for students to have a sense of joy of willing to learn pieces that challenge their minds in interesting ways, being expressive in playing the pieces whilst also analyzing patterns in pieces.
