Online Piano Lessons from Olney, MD

Hello, I am Tatiana Rodriguez. I’m a current college student at Davidson College. I have taught piano for 6 years since 2020 to ages 4-15. I use a mix of a lesson book and learning songs the learner is interested in and finding sheet music individually. I have hosted a few recitals, mostly done online where I have been able to give trophies and certificates to the kids after! I prioritize following the student’s pace to not rush a child beyond their comfort and ensure that they can learn as slowly or quickly as needed. I also love to hear feedback from the students and parents about how to improve and take the advice to give the best lessons possible. In the past, this approach has worked well for teaching songs like “Lost Boy”, “Fur Elise”, “Canon in D”, and a range of songs from classical to pop to blues.
