Zoë designs personalized lessons geared toward the goals of each student. Whether you are looking for academic enrichment, a creative pastime, or a musical career, she will seek out resources to support and challenge each student in meeting these goals.

She has been teaching private lessons for 20+ years, and is currently accepting students in piano, drums, percussion, improvisation, and songwriting.

With a BA in Jazz Performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and many years of teaching both privately and in the classroom, Zoë applies best practices to custom design a curriculum specifically for your needs. Her teaching style is joyful, fluid, and integrative - encouraging each learner to tap into their own creative resources.

While the majority of her students tend to range from ages 6-12, she also specializes in teaching young students (ages 3-5) as well as adults. It is her firm belief that it is never too early nor too late to learn to play a musical instrument.
