Piano Lessons in Basking Ridge

Hi everyone! My name is Timothy Wei, and I am a rising sophomore studying Business at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Outside of academics, I have a deep passion for music that has shaped who I am both personally and professionally.

I have been classically trained in piano for performance since the age of 7, and over the past few years, I have turned that passion into purpose by teaching. I have worked with students ranging from ages 5 to 15, and I especially love introducing complete beginners to the world of music and watching them grow note by note.

One of my most meaningful experiences has been at the YMCA, where I founded and led a weekly piano program for young children in the community. Building that program from the ground up taught me leadership, patience, and the value of making music accessible to kids from all walks of life.
