Piano Lessons in Allston
Learn Piano with Annie Ye
“I specialize in Classical Piano Performance”
About Me
My name is Antian Ye, and I am a pianist currently pursuing my studies in the United States. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the Central Conservatory-affiliated system in China and am currently studying at the New England Conservatory under Pavel Nersessian and Alessio Bax. In Fall 2025, I will continue my Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Boston University College of Fine Arts. Alongside performing, I have several years of teaching experience with students of different ages and levels, including my work as a preparatory accompanist and piano instructor at NEC.
My teaching style combines solid technical foundation with imagination, musical sensitivity, and healthy practice habits. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to each individual’s personality, goals, and pace. In lessons, I focus not only on technique and accuracy, but also on helping students develop curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a deeper emotional connection to music.
