Piano Lessons in Lincoln Park

I am a classically trained pianist and dedicated piano teacher with nearly a decade of teaching experience, working with students of all ages and levels. I began my formal piano studies at a young age and pursued a rigorous classical education that shaped both my performance and teaching approach. I completed advanced graduate studies in piano performance, studying with distinguished professors and mentors who emphasized strong technical foundations, musical depth, and stylistic awareness. Throughout my studies, I actively participated in concerts, masterclasses, and competitions, and I am a winner of several piano competitions.

Teaching is a central part of my artistic life. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and highly individualized. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, learning pace, and personality—whether they are beginners building a solid foundation, intermediate students refining technique, or advanced players preparing for performances and examinations. I place strong emphasis on healthy technique, musical expression, rhythm, sight-reading, and developing effective and confident practice habits.

I am also trained in and actively teach Suzuki Piano, working closely with parents to support listening skills, consistency, and positive practice routines. I strive to create a motivating and encouraging learning environment where students feel focused, confident, and inspired. My goal is not only to help students play the piano well, but to develop disciplined, expressive musicians with skills and musical understanding that stay with them for life.
