Hi everyone! This is David!

I would like to share some meaningful episodes of my life growing in music:

I started learning music in 1980 as organist.

1982 I had my first gig playing in a restaurant for almost 3 years as an organist.

1984 I started teaching music for kids

1987 - Started playing with the first Tour Band, traveling to different cities.

1990 - Started my first cover band

1995 - Enrolled in the course: Harmonic Relationships from "Dick Grove School of Music.

1998 - Started my Contemporary Music School, teaching for 16 years having more than 1,500 students.

2000 - I started producing, arranging and playing for different projects at my recording studio

2008 - Release of my first CD Album: Zamar Project, as producer, arranger, music director and musician.

2015 Playing as a keyboard player for different churches playing Contemporary and Traditional Gospel.

ABOUT MY PIANO COURSE

We will explore a wide range of topics divided in subjects, from the basics to more advanced levels:

BASIC LEVEL:

- Piano Technique: We will build a solid foundation in piano technique so you can play with fluency and expression.

- Contemporary Harmony: You will learn the essentials of contemporary harmony, both at the basic and advanced levels.

- Sight-Reading: This subject will be so helpful to achieve sight-reading skills to confidently interpret those tunes or songs that you love.

- Rhythmics and Metrics: Master rhythmic and meter aspects to play with precision and feel the pulse of music.

- Genres/Styles: We will delve into a variety of music genres and styles to enrich your repertoire. From the most basic styles like Polka, Waltz, passing through Pop, Rock, up to Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Blues, etc.

- Repertoire Building: We'll work on constructing a diverse and exciting repertoire that reflects your personal taste.

Up to more Advanced Subjects for experienced students covering:

ADVANCED LEVEL:

- Contemporary Harmony Advanced - Improvisation - Ear Training - Practical Composition - Arrangement - Transcription, Copying, Scoring

My teaching approach goes beyond just showing you "what" to do in music; I will also teach you "how" to do it.

I consider myself not only a teacher but also a mentor who will accompany you on your musical journey and help you overcome any challenges you encounter.

Music isn't easy and requires passion, discipline, and perseverance. This course is designed for students from 15 years old and older, and you can start from scratch too.
