My personal, lifelong connection to music, particularly the expressive power of the singing voice, deeply informs my therapeutic commitment to harnessing music as a profound tool for healing, emotional expression, and fostering self-discovery in clients.

I possess over six years of experience successfully delivering music teaching support to a wide range of populations, notably individuals with diverse abilities and those facing complex mental health challenges.

With over six years of dedicated experience, I have successfully provided therapeutic support to diverse populations, including individuals with various disabilities and those navigating complex mental health challenges. My practice is significantly informed by specialized training in two distinct music therapy approaches: Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and Vocal Psychotherapy.

These trainings have equipped me with expertise in using music-centered interventions to support two primary client groups:

People with Disabilities: Utilizing the creative, improvisational approach of Nordoff-Robbins to foster communication, growth, and development.

Individuals Experiencing Trauma or Mental Health Struggles: Employing Vocal Psychotherapy techniques to help clients process difficulties, achieve emotional insight, and work toward healing.
