Piano Lessons in Grawn

I have taught beginning and intermediate students for 31 years. I am a traveling piano teacher and have done several recitals with my students. We focus on music reading and rhythm and expression and getting a good basic music education. I also focus on theory - primary chords and key signatures. I really enjoy the students and on making piano fun and meaningful. I have experience with ages from five and six year olds to adults. We explore many different genres of music such as classical, popular, folk and others. I am very dependable and as flexible as possible with my students and families and greatly enjoy working with them. As a traveling teacher, lessons are very convenient for busy families in their own home. I encourage daily practice and work very hard to find music that is enjoyable as well as educational. I am a good listener and focus on a positive encouraging approach with one on one attention and focus on the individual student.
