Piano Lessons in Rancho San Joaquin

My name is Shushanik Hovakimyan. I’m a professional pianist and a piano teacher with over 27 years of teaching and over 38 years of performing experience.

As a classical pianist I have won several piano competitions, national and international. I have performed solo recitals in Armenia, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the US.

I have Master’s Degree in Piano Performance.

Several of my students also have won national competitions and have performed on stages like the Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Disney Hall.

I teach classical piano mainly and incorporate some pop/jazz pieces into lessons.

I prepare students for piano recitals, festivals, tests (CM, ABRSM) and competitions.

Students of all ages are welcome in my studio.

Every student is unique so, my teaching is tailored to the needs and goals of each student.
