Piano Lessons in Summerlin

Before formally teaching piano, I taught preschool and loved being around kids! I began teaching piano to some friends snd realized how much I enjoy watching students learn the basics of piano. My goal with teaching is to not learn everything at once, but to encourage the student to enjoy the process. I want my students to come away from lessons loving to play the piano. I go at the student’s speed and reevaluate each week the workload of the lessons. I do expect my students to practice at a minimum of 4-5 times a week, whether they have 1 song or 5 to practice. I have young kids, so I do understand if a break is taken here or there, but I encourage breaks to be short so the lessons aren’t continually repeated. I hope I can teach you, your son or daughter, and pass on the joy of knowing how to play the piano!
