Piano Lessons in Mapleton

Hi, my name is Avery! Some of my favorite things to do are listen to music, write new music and teach it! I also love being outside and running. I love making lessons enjoyable by finding music the students want to learn. I believe if you play music you love, then learning becomes fun. I also love teaching out of books of the students choice. If the student doesn’t know or have a preference as to what music they want to play then I have some good recommendations. We can also explore and find fun music to learn! Each student learns in a unique way. Some are very good at sight reading, others play by ear and some are a mix of both. I have worked with students with all of these learning habits and all are great! I am very flexible and will work with whatever it takes to meet the students needs. I can’t wait to teach some music!
