Hello! I'm Jenn. Many of my students call me "Mrs. J". I'm a passionate and creative piano teacher dedicated to helping students discover the joy of making music. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your skills, my goal is to make every lesson inspiring, engaging, and tailored to you. I believe music should feel exciting—not intimidating—and that anyone can learn to play with the right guidance and encouragement.

Brief Profile

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and certifications in the Kodaly and Orff methodologies. I also have a minor in Arts Administration. With a strong background in piano performance, music theory, and creative expression, I work with students of all ages and skill levels. My experience includes teaching beginners, coaching intermediate players, and helping more advanced students refine their artistry. I enjoy blending traditional techniques with modern approaches, giving students a well-rounded musical education while keeping lessons fresh and relevant.

I balance structure with freedom—building solid fundamentals like technique and reading skills while also encouraging improvisation, exploration, and personal expression.
