Piano Lessons in Newbury Park

Hi, I’m a music teacher with over 25 years of experience. I love working with young children, but I have taught all ages, including many adult students. I teach piano, guitar, and ukulele, and incorporate music theory into the lessons. I am flexible with how you see your learning experience to progress. I’m also a singer-songwriter with original music featured in films. I encourage all my students to write their own music if they choose. I have taught preschool through middle school and was music coordinator for private school. I have also taught "Mommy/Daddy and Me" programs and facilitated drum circles. I have excellent references and I am told that I am very patient. One of my most important goals is for my students to love playing music and that they look forward to their lessons.
