Piano Lessons in Somerville

I’m a 22 year old pianist and I have been teaching for 5 years or so. I love to play Latin jazz, and salsa. I came to that through jazz, and before that classical. I have all the main genres of piano music in my repertoire and I try to teach my students all 3 eventually. Beginners will always start with basics of course, and from there it continues on what path they feel like best suits them. I have 20+ students each week and continue to have more. All of my beginner students learn how to read music, play basic songs, and understand rhythm, which I believe is of the most importance. With Intermediate and advanced students I see where they left off and tried to have them improve on what they were previously doing or maybe try a new thing that can challenge them. I seriously try to get you better at Piano. With patience and practice, anything can be done.
