Anna Digenio, dramatic mezzo-soprano, is an award-winning vocal artist praised for her “stunningly rich” vocal timbre and bold stage presence. Maestro Digenio teaches piano and voice to all levels and abilities, with specialization for custom tailored lessons for individuals with learning challenges and differences. Maestra Digenio primarily instructs across the Classical, Musical Theatre and Popular Music genres.

Recent engagements include: ’24 Mission Opera Gala Soloist, ’23 Pacific Lyric Association title role debut in Bizet’s Carmen, LAKMA Symphony Beethoven Symphony No.9 Alto Soloist Walt Disney Concert Hall, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater Alto Soloist and Mozart Requiem Alto Soloist.

Recent Honors: ‘23 Voci Verdiane Competition semi-finalist, ‘21 Palm Springs Opera Guild Vocal Competition semi-finalist, ‘20 Mentoris Voice Vocal Competition finalist and encouragement award recipient, ‘19 Metropolitan Opera National Council Western Region semi-finalist and encouragement award recipient, Burbank Philharmonic Hennings-Fischer Young Artist Competition finalist, The Opera Buffs Artist Grant Award recipient, and first place recipient of the Bell T. Ritchie Award.

Anna Digenio studies under Dr. Helene Quintana as a Doctoral Fellow at Claremont Graduate University and is a distinguished alumnus of Rider University’s Westminster Choir College (Master’s Vocal Pedagogy).
