“Gabriel is an amazing teacher, truly wonderful with kids. They taught our son the basics of xylophone and snare drum in a very short amount of time. Incredibly talented, they use teaching techniques that worked beautifully for our son. Lessons felt encouraging, focused and genuinely fun. Our son always looks forward to time with Gabriel. I recommend them to anyone hoping to learn a new instrument, sharpen skills or prepare for an audition.”

“Gabriel’s technical expertise and approach to teaching piano and percussion has elevated our son’s skills and confidence as he participates in a demanding band program. Gabriel is invested in the musical growth of his students. He was instrumental in preparing our son for his school audition by incorporating mock interview/performance auditions into each lesson. He takes the time to explain the importance of learning the technical aspects of each percussion instrument. As a result, our son strives to perfect these techniques with each lesson and take home assignment. Gabriel is a positive role model, teacher, and someone our son looks up to. Each week he looks forward to spending time with Gabriel. As a parent I am impressed with how much he has learned and grown in a short amount of time. Cannot imagine this journey without him! Highly recommend Gabriel Costache.”

“Working with Gabe is such an enjoyable experience! I always come out of lessons feeling excited to practice and also knowing *what* to practice. I get easily overwhelmed when there's a lot on my plate, but Gabe presents new challenges in a really systematic way that has been super helpful to me as someone who is prone to overthinking things. Gabe is such a lovely person to interact with in any setting, but I think there's something uniquely awesome about his teaching. I think he's an amazing communicator in a way that shows how deeply he cares about both music and people. His enthusiasm and confidence make lessons feel deliberate and also really fun :)”
