Piano Lessons in Park Slope

Music has always been a large part of my life. I began taking piano lessons at four years old and fell in love immediately. I share my enthusiasm with my students while teaching the skills they need to become confident players. I incorporate all styles of music (classical, jazz, blues, rock & show tunes) and tailor every lesson plan to the individual. Music theory, history, and composition are included from the beginning. It is inspiring for me to see students progress through their lessons and grow as both musicians and well rounded people!

I am classically trained through the Royal Conservatory of Music. I believe strongly in their comprehensive curriculum of music study and assessment which integrates repertoire, technique, theory and musicianship. Leveled advancement motivates students, helps them set and achieve goals, and instills a sense of accomplishment as they improve.

I have completed my RCM level 10 piano and earned my diploma in audio production engineering from SAE Institute in NYC. I compose electronic/indie music and enjoy collaborating with recording artists. I’m fluent in Logic Pro, Ableton and FL Studio. In my spare time I dabble in accordion, bass, percussion, and the NY Mets. Lessons take place in my Park Slope, Brooklyn home studio.
