Hi! I’m Linxi, a professional pianist and piano instructor based in Williamsburg, VA. I offer consistent, long-term piano lessons for students of all levels.

About Me

I currently work at the College of William & Mary and previously taught at North Carolina Central University. I am a member of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) and have served as a competition adjudicator.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have worked successfully with students of all ages—from young beginners to advanced musicians. I am known for being patient, supportive, and attentive to each student’s individual needs.

Teaching Approach

I teach classical piano, pop piano, and singing & playing. My lessons balance solid technique with musical enjoyment, helping students build both skill and confidence. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals—whether that’s structured exams, performance preparation, or simply playing for fun.

Lessons are available online or in person, and I teach in both English and Chinese.
