Piano Lessons in Wilton Manors

My number one goal is to match students with a lifelong love of music. That means I need to find out exactly where the student is at in their musical journey. Lessons have to be fun. Students have to be willing to make lots of mistakes. Students need to be willing to work hard. We learn to play by ear and we learn to sight-read music. My best students by far are the ones that start at age 3 with the Wunderkeys curriculum and stick with lessons year round.

Summer lessons feature special composing challenges, projects, and ensemble opportunities for those who qualify.

There are several different Piano methods that I am quite familiar with; some move faster and some move slower than others. No matter which program is best suited for the student, I always augment with flashcard challenges and computer “games” and technical challenges such as finger smashes and hand stretches.

Various performance opportunities throughout the year include coffee houses, virtual performance and a May Recital.
